The oils of Raindrop Collection can be used on the bottoms of the feet with excellent results.

The oils of Raindrop Collection can be used on the bottoms of the feet with excellent results.  I personally find that 2-3 drops of each oil is sufficient for positive results. These essential oils help to support harmony and balance (which is how I see health) on every level, whether physical, mental, emotional or otherwise.

Be sure to wait a short amount of time between applying each oil to allow each to absorb into your body.  In this manner, you receive the full benefit of each essential oil and do not need to be concerned with having a specific number of drops of each.  The oils work to bring about balance in your body.  Your body will select the components that it needs and eliminate whatever it does not need – as long as you drink plenty of water.  By drinking water, you can eliminate the toxins through the urine, feces, saliva, and perspiration.  If you do not drink enough water, then the toxins have no way to get out other than through the skin.

Some of the oils of Raindrop Collection are considered “hot oils”, which means that they can cause skin sensitivity – especially oregano and thyme.  If you should experience redness, tingling, or burning, then apply some of the V6 Vegetable Complex, and the “heat” should diminish, within a minute or two if not sooner. CAUTION:  DO NOT USE WATER.  Water will only intensify the effect.

The order that Gary Young normally used for applying the oils of Raindrop Collection is as follows:
  1. VALOR
  2. OREGANO
  3. THYME
  4. BASIL
  5. CYPRESS
  6. WINTERGREEN
  7. MARJORAM
  8. PEPPERMINT
(I usually save AROMA SIEZ for times when I am in a hurry or have sore muscles or joints – it is really great for them.)  Other blends can be added as well for specific issues.

Please note that layering the oils of Raindrop Technique can be quite beneficial as well. I consider that these oils were a key in my remarkable recovery from my various “adventures” so many of you have heard about. I BELIEVE the molecules of these essential oils always seem to go wherever they are needed.  Would you agree?

We all respond to life differently.

One of the beautiful things about the essential oils we work with is that the ones that are special to me don't have to be special to you.

That is worth remembering!
We all respond to life differently.

A scent can remind one person of courage and another of home.

One person may reach for an oil when they need inspiration. Someone else may have a completely different relationship with that same bottle.

There is no need to copy someone else's ritual.
You can discover your own.
Maybe it's an essential oil.
Maybe it's a colour, a song, a word, a place in nature, a morning practice or simply taking three quiet breaths before beginning your day.

What matters is the meaning you create around it.

In the Rainbow Healing System, the oils, colours and glyphs can become personal reminders — invitations to pause, reflect and connect with an intention.

Not because someone else says what they should mean to you, but because you discover what resonates with you.

Which scent, ritual or little reminder has become meaningful in your own life?

Your highest potential is not a finish line.

What if your highest potential isn’t a perfect future version of you, but something you can live today? Some days, growth looks like taking a brave step. Other days, it looks like resting or simply being present. Explore a gentler way to think about growth—and what it might look like for you right now.

A little Lemon essential oil trick to freshen your kitchen.

A little essential oil trick you might not know about…

You can use Lemon essential oil to help freshen and loosen the buildup inside your microwave.
Simply add 4 drops of Lemon essential oil to 2 cups of water in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes, then let the steam do some of the work. Carefully remove the hot bowl and wipe down the inside.

 Less scrubbing.
 A fresh, clean scent.
One more simple way to use what you already have at home.

Just remember: the bowl and water will be very hot, so use care when removing it.
