Your hormones are part of your whole body. Rather than “hormone balancing,” could it be that what the body really needs is “whole body balancing”? Hmm…

When we hear the word hormones, many of us immediately think about women, periods, menopause or mood swings. But hormones are part of everyone’s biology — women and men — and they influence an enormous number of processes throughout the body.

Your endocrine system is a network of glands that communicate with one another, including the hypothalamus, pineal, pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, thymus, adrenals, pancreas and reproductive glands. And what happens in one area can influence another. That’s why supporting your overall wellbeing is often more useful than looking at one hormone in isolation.

One thing to emphasize is stress. Our modern lifestyles can keep the body in a constant state of demand, so creating moments to slow down, breathe and reconnect matters.

This is where simple daily rituals can become valuable.

I like to use oils such as Stress Away, Cedarwood, Geranium and Northern LIghts Black Spruce as part of my personal routine… applying them, inhaling their aromas and taking a few moments to consciously focus.

But wellness isn't about finding one magic solution for one hormone or for chasing after “symptoms.”  It’s about giving your body the basics it needs to be in harmony and balance on all levels. Nourishment, movement, rest, stress management, moments of calm and creating daily practices that help you feel more connected to yourself.

Your body is not a collection of separate parts.
It is an interconnected system.

These are a few ways to help the body’s inner systems to work together in harmony:
  • WATER!!
  • Ningxia Red
  • Sulfurzyme
  • G-Omega3 (Green Omega3)
  • Isovon
  • Geranium and Endoflex…
