Read more...The word Boundaries has been a trigger for me, and it may be a trigger for others as well. So, as I thought about how else to describe this concept, I settled on the alternative term, FILTERS.
Boundaries always felt like a harsh line that says “Keep Out” while a FILTER selectively allows in what is supportive while keeping out only that which is not supportive. It is a way of improving the quality of our life experience without isolating ourselves.
Life is not meant to be lived in isolation. Boundaries, or my preferred term Filters, can be a beautiful tool for maintaining a stable energy field while allowing us to maintain connection with our life at large.

This is the transformation of the Disentanglement Hologram. Focus on the frequencies held in this hologram and affirm for yourself, “ I am independent, free of all attachments.”
Repeat it again, this time with feeling. Feel that freedom from attachments and the release as you dissolve the blocks that kept you tied up in knots. Weave those knots back into the fabric of your being, drawing in what you choose to keep and releasing what you choose to release.

The Refinement List is one of the key tools of the Rainbow Healing System. What does Refinement mean? Refinement is a process of fine-tuning who we are at any given moment.
- Draw a vertical line down the center of a piece of paper or a page in your Journal. Our "My Journal" tool has this already printed for you.
- On the left side, write and then list “Things I CHOOSE to have in my life.”
- On the right side, write and then list: “Things I will REFUSE to have in my life.”
This is your list. It’s your list of what you INTEND to have or not have in your life. Putting it on the list does not make it magically happen, but putting each of your priorities into your awareness makes it more likely that you will make choices that align to your priorities.
You never have to show this to anyone. It is for you to pay attention to what you may or may not choose to experience.
Note that CHOOSING is not the same as WANTING. To WANT implies a passive lacking, with no plan to bridge that gap between wanting and having. To CHOOSE expresses the intention to activate change, to actively refine our life experiences.

We each have so much to learn from one another, and the archetypes are a way of focusing our attention on particular attributes that all of us hold in one degree or another. It’s simply a matter of degree.
