Both the Loyalty Hologram and the Collaboration Hologram contain the COMPASSION and LEADERSHIP glyphs. Where they differ is in the 3rd glyph they each contain. Collaboration holds the Unity glyph as well as Compassion and Leadership, which is fitting to its energy of working together in unity.
Loyalty on the other hand, also holds the Freedom glyph, the energy of releasing whatever is not part of your true blueprint, or which no longer serves you. This is fitting because the Loyalty hologram is that energy of overcoming patterns of betrayal. What can be the least fitting thing to hold to yourself? Allowing patterns of betrayal to continue. So – Release! Release! Release!
When looking at the single glyphs and the Holograms that contain them, I often find greater insight and am grateful for the beautiful meditation that follows my focus on the cards. I always use the essential oils that anchor the glyphs that I am working with on a particular day as they provide additional support.

Communication, like leadership, does not happen in a vacuum. It is not a solitary experience but one which requires there be at least two people to make it happen. In other words, Communication is a team activity! Would you agree?
The golden white color of Leadership is like the combination of all the colors – and Leadership in Rainbow Healing is the frequency of EXPANSION not of dominance or governance over others. Leadership is about showing the way, similar to shining a light on the path for others to follow.
This is why the sparkling golden white color encompasses the frequency of the 10th glyph, the Leadership or Expansion frequency.
When you think of Leadership, I encourage you to think of being an example and bringing all together to move towards collective goals.
